I don’t want to be obnoxious or anything, but two things: first, check out the equipment before going online, and second, sound quality! Get some mikes! It’s been seriously difficult to hear what you’re saying.

Otherwise: this could be seriously cool once the cooking get started. Put the kamikaze back in the cooking, where it belongs! wave flags

Morgan -thanks for the comments. This is definitely an experiment – we’ve had a bunch of comments about the sound quality, so we’ll be micing up properly next time.

OK.
I’m Awake and have transferred the chicken from one gloop into another.

The garlic and ginger rub has (mostly) been scraped off by hand and the chicken then put into the spiced yogurt marinade.

Then is was Hands into this gloop to mix it all up.

Yes I washed my hands before and after.
I’m still going to smell of spiced garlic for the day.

Right, Off to Work.
